Ballet with Liane Plane Sundays, January 12 - February 16, 6-7:30pm
Ballet is a wonderful way to gain body awareness, improve posture, balance, coordination and concentration. In a comfortable environment with all adults, this class offers you the opportunity to learn all the basic ballet terms and positions. Ballet is not only a full body workout using all muscle groups, but grace and elegance is also achieved through correct body alignment and musicality. This class prepares the foundation for you to continue to study in the open beginner level class. If you always wanted to study ballet and never knew where or how to start, this class is for you!
